Social Stories

This is a story I made to go with the theme of 'Me,myself and I'. Most of the children in my class loves the song 'Old MacDonald had a farm'. So I changed the song and story around to 'Old MacDonald had a body'. I made up the actions to accompany this book, e.g. to the verse of Old MacDonald had two feet, we stamped out feet.

This book teaches maths, pairs, and the body. Laminate and make cards from the last two pages to match the pictures.

This social story was used when we took the children out shopping. I took pictures of the things we saw whilst heading to our final destination (Westfields!). This story teaches ‘I see,’ I would use the story the same way I use the McDonalds story. This story has been modified so that it does not include photos of the children.
